WWE superstar Samoa Joe might not be carrying an injury on NXT
Former WWE NXT Champion Samoa Joe was implemented to lead the new era of NXT. But unfortunately, Joe had to relinquish the title due to an undisclosed injury.
According to Wrestling Observer Live (h/t Ringside News), Bryan Alvarez said that there is a firm belief that no injury has happened to Joe, and he might not be available to wrestle, and this whole thing is to take him off the title.
Alvarez was quoted saying,
“WWE is saying he’s injured, but I have heard from someone else who strongly believes that he is not injured, but he is not available, so you can make of that what you will. I have heard from a third person who does strongly believe this whole thing is a work to get the title off of him to do a championship tonight.”
WWE NXT 2.0 kicked off today with high intensity, bringing in all-new wrestlers and referring to this as the starting of a new era. They have also changed their name. NXT.
We have to wait and see how Samoa returns because he also has some scout duties in NXT.
Last Night NXT 2.0 saw Tommaso Ciampa winning the Fatal 4-way to win the NXT Championship after Samoa Joe relinquished it.

Ciampa beat LA Knight, Von Wagner, and Pete Dunne in the Fatal 4-way and won the title.
