WWE SmackDown preview 13 March 2020: WWE has taken some major steps to deal with the coronavirus

WWE SmackDown preview: This week’s SmackDown will not be broadcast from Detroit but from the WWE Performance Center due to the coronavirus.

A release was shared just hours before on Twitter which added that no audience would be part of the show but will be aired live.

There were rumours of WWE cancelling SmackDown but those have been laid to rest.

Although the lack of fans would certainly affect the atmosphere, there are several interesting angles that should progress further this week.

Jeff Hardy is back

Former WWE champion and tag champion Jeff Hardy has been away for a while due to an injury. However, the Charismatic Enigma makes his return to WWE, and that should be a highlight in its own.

Hardy has had his injury problems in the past, and it will be interesting to see what he has planned next.

Cena is here

Last week, The Fiend challenged John Cena to a match at WrestleMania 36, and the former champ accepted it.

Cena cut a promo where it seemed he was set to retire, however, that seems far from the truth.

Wyatt had a great Firefly Fun House segment last week, but Cena should have something to say about this.

The 16-time World champion is one of the best on the microphone, and this segment should be straight fire.
