WWE SmackDown Preview: WWE has been hit hard by the coronavirus, and that could have led to their programming highlighting one major segment for SmackDown.

Last week, we saw Matt Riddle perform a miracle by defeating AJ Styles, and Bray Wyatt also came out to target Braun Strowman.

However, all plans to continue those storylines could have been hit hard. Renee Young was one of the WWE stars to confirm she tested positive for Covid-19.

She was on SmackDown last week but WWE hasn’t confirmed all those who have been infected with the virus.

Kayla Braxton, who posted that she was also Covid-19 positive, urged all to follow the rules. She claimed she was positive early on the year and caught the virus for a second time.

Alexa Bliss was another star who confirmed she was tested for the coronavirus. However, she did not speak about her results at the time.

WWE decided to air some old matches when the coronavirus pandemic originally started and it is something that they might do this time around too.

They have teased one major segment and this is where we start off with this week’s WWE SmackDown preview.

This week’s SmackDown features a special tribute to the Phenom. Taker is a legend in the wrestling circuit, and it will be interesting to see what SmackDown has planned for this.

There could be some other segments too, which might have been taped before the coronavirus positive cases in the promotion.
