WWE SmackDown results and winners: Finn Balor makes a shock appearance as broke Baron Corbin starts a Gofundme

This was the first WWE show in front of a live audience, which wasn’t a PPV, and the crowd had a ton of energy.

Edge attacks Roman Reigns on SmackDown (WWE)

Money in the Bank was just 48 hours away and WWE had to put on quite a show for the fans.

The big match was Edge teaming up with The Mysterios to take on Roman Reigns and The Usos, and that is where we start our WWE SmackDown results and winners.

The Edge sends a message to Roman Reigns

Vince McMahon started off by addressing the fans before we got the six-man tag match.

The Usos were able to get a quick win using some dirty tactics before all madness broke out. In the end, Edge caught hold of Reigns in a cross face with a part of a broken chair.

The Prince is back; Tag team match

Sami Zayn spoke about conspiracy theories and how the WWE Universe isn’t backing him. However, there was a surprise with Finn Balor returning and attacking the Canadian star.

The next match was a Tag Team contender match with Shotzi and Nox taking on Natalya and Tamina.

Zelina Vega and Liv Morgan started fighting outside the match and this led to a loss for Natalya and Tamina.

Again, all the women started fighting ahead of their MITB match, and it was Morgan was stood tall.

SmackDown Women’s title match

Bianca Belair defended her gold against Carmella in a match that was announced last week.

Carmella did her bit but it was Belair who kept the gold.

Cesaro and Otis met later and Chad Gable caused a DQ to hand Cesaro the win before the trio clashed.

Baron Corbin needs a Gofundme; Main event madness

Baron Corbin was speaking about his financial troubles and brought up how he started a Gofundme account before Kevin Owens came out and hit him with the Stunner.

The main event saw Shinsuke Nakamura, Seth Rollins, Big E and Owens battled it out in a Fatal 4-Way.

In the end it was Rollins celebrating the win as he stood on top of a ladder ahead of MITB.
