Here are all the available streaming options for the upcoming WWE SummerSlam 2021
WWE SummerSlam is back with its 34th edition. The 2021 version will be the first event to take place on a Saturday since 1992, and also the first to air live in theatres.
The event will be taking place on the 21st of August, 2021 in Paradise, Nevada.
SummerSlam 2021 is headlined by Roman Reigns vs John Cena for the WWE Universal Championship.
Reigns, ‘The Tribal Chief’ is the defending champion. He has held the Universal Championship since Payback 2020, when he defeated The Fiend and Braun Strowman (both released).
Putting up successful title defenses since that night, Reigns faces a real threat in the form of John Cena, who returned to the WWE only a month ago.
There are several other title fights as well. Bobby Lashley defends his WWE Championship against Goldberg. Lashley has looked untouchable since winning the championship.
Nikki A.S.H who recently became the WWE Raw Women’s Champion will have her task cut out when she takes on two tough opponents in the form of Charlotte Flair and Rhea Ripley in a Triple Threat Match.
In the SmackDown Women’s division, Bianca Belair, the champion faces Sasha Banks.
Both the men’s tag-team championships (Raw and SmackDown) are on the line as well. The Mysterios, Rey and Dominik will be out for revenge when they take on the SmackDown tag-team champions ‘The Usos” – Jimmy & Jey.
‘RK-Bro’ will be gunning for their first-ever tag-team championship when they take on AJ Styles and Omos.
Sheamus (Defending WWE United States Champion) will be looking forward to teaching Damian Priest a lesson when he faces the man who used his finisher Brogue Kick recently.
There are a couple of other intriguing non-title matches as well. Edge takes on Seth Rollins in a fiery clash, Drew McIntyre will face Jinder Mahal And, Eva Marie (accompanied by Doudrop) will take on Alexa Bliss.

WWE SummerSlam 2021 is set to take place at the Allegiant Stadium in Paradise, Nevada. The Allegiant Stadium is the home stadium of the Los Angeles Raiders NFL team.
The incredible stadium which was opened just a year ago, on the 31st of July, 2020, can hold approximately 65000 people inside.
The construction began in the year 2017 and was completed 2020, costing a whopping $1.9 Billion. It was headed by Mortenson and McCarthy Construction.
The stadium has already hosted notable events like the CONCACAF Gold Cup Final between USA and Mexico, a Guns N’ Roses concert and a couple of other big events.
SummerSlam 2021 will be the stadium’s first-ever professional wrestling event.

United States of America
The pre-event coverage begins at 7pm ET (21st of August) and will be streaming live on Peacock Network. Peacock Premium is required to catch live streaming of WWE SummerSlam 2021.
The subscription costs $4.99 – with ads and $9.99 for – ad-free version.
Another option is WWE’s very own Pay-per-view. It costs $44.99.
And, for the first time, WWE will be live in select movie theaters. The details of the tickets for the same will be available in Fandango.
United Kingdom
BT Sport Box Office will be streaming WWE SummerSlam 2021 live in the United Kingdom. The cost for the same will be 19.95 Euros. A subscription to WWE Network for 9.99 Euros a month also allows users to watch the event live.
The event is set to begin at 12.30am GMT (22nd of August).
India
Sony Sports Network has got fans in India covered. Besides the plethora of channels the network has, it has also got a dedicated Sony Liv App. The event will begin at around 4.30am IST (22nd of August).
Sony Ten1 will provide English coverage. And, channels Ten3 and Ten4 will be providing coverage in regional languages.
