Tyson Fury and Braun Strowman met in 2019, and it was the boxer that came out on top at WWE Crown Jewel
WWE Crown Jewel in Saudi Arabia saw many firsts, including Tyson Fury taking on Braun Strowman.
It was Strowman that started the rivalry by throwing Dolph Ziggler at Fury after a stare-down.
The pair kept their rivalry going in the WWE for a while, and that reached its boiling point at Crown Jewel.
Fury, who was coming off a huge fight against Deontay Wilder, didn’t have a lot of WWE training under his belt.
However, the British boxing legend was more than a presence in the ring and had some quality moves too.
His lack of wrestling skills was a major problem in the match with Strowman having to carry the pair for most of the fight.
It seemed for a while that Fury would lose out this clash, but the Monster among Men made a few mistakes in the ring.
Fury had watched the WWE star at several shows, and his scouting worked out later in the clash. Strowman tried to spear him in the corner but the boxing star quickly moved away.
Strowman hit the ring post and was in pain and that allowed Fury to take advantage. The boxing star also was able to hit a knockout punch to the Monster as he tried to get back in the ring.

Strowman seemed to be knocked out for a few seconds but regained his consciousness soon. However, he could only swagger towards the ring and Fury was left to celebrate a win via a count-out.
This wasn’t the greatest celebrity match in the history of WWE. However, ‘Tyson Fury defeating Braun Strowman’ certainly was the headline for several people.
The boxing great had a 100% winning record in his WWE career and also made millions from his appearances.
Fury doing the business in his own backyard
Fury certainly looks better in a boxing ring and proved that recently as he beat Deontay Wilder for the WBC heavyweight title.
However, that seems to have woken Strowman from his slumber. The newly crowned Intercontinental champion recently tweeted out that he was ready for another fight with Fury.
The Monster went on to say that he was going to put the IC title on the line, and it will be interesting to see if WWE make this happen in the future.
Hell of a W @Tyson_Fury what ya say wanna try your luck for my #IntercontinentalChampionship ????? #LetsRunItBack #GiveTheWorldWhatTheyWant #RealHeavyweights

WWE have put up several big fights, such as Cain Velasquez against Brock Lesnar, in recent months.
WWE could also host such specials later on and that could be the scene for the boxing champion to have a battle against the Monster.
