Becky Lynch suffered an injury at the hands of Bianca Belair
Becky announced on her Instagram that she won’t be present at this week’s RAW owing to a fractured voice box. She claimed that her injury happened during her title defense at the WWE house show last week against Bianca Belair and Rhea Ripley.
Becky has been in the wars off-late. She took a hair-whipping at the hands of Bianca Belair last week. The scars that she had after that beatdown was scary. Becky posted a picture on Twitter five days after the event. She still had those bruises.
She termed Bianca’s usage of her hair to assault her as “The barbaric use of an illegal weapon,” and Becky has been seething since.
Becky posted a picture on her Instagram handle where she is lying on a bed and the setting is of a hospital.
She wasn’t looking at her best. She also wrote a pretty detailed caption along with the photo she posted.
“Unfortunately I will not be at #WWERaw tonight. Not only did Bianca whip me mercilessly with the illegal weapon that is her hair last week, but last night in the main event of #WWEAllentown she tried to take away my biggest weapon, the spoken word, by fracturing my voice box. She can’t keep me down that easily. I’ll be coming for her next week. You can’t spell Wrestlemania without I!!!!!” she wrote.
Becky defended her RAW Women’s Championship last week at WWE House Show in a triple-threat match against Bianca and Rhea Ripley.
We don’t know what exactly occurred but according to reports, Becky remained passive for most parts of the match. Bianca and Ripley fought for most parts of the match while Becky in the end got the pinfall. In the process, she took a KOD and Riptide from the other two competitors.

Bianca Belair was interviewed backstage during RAW this week. She was asked if she would use her hair again on Becky at ‘Mania. Bianca said she has a simple rule and that is “do not touch my hair,” and she continued saying that she doesn’t need to use my hair to win. The EST of WWE added that she has wrestled in the main event of WrestleMania and so as Becky. They could have done things with respect.
However, Bianca said that Becky messed up by trying to use her hair against her. Eventually, “she got what she was asking for” were the words from a confident number one contender for Becky’s title.
Bianca would end the interview by saying, “the scars might last forever but what will not last forever is Becky Lynch’s title reign because I am gonna put the EST at WrestleMania and I’m gonna walk out as RAW Women’s Champion.“
