Trailers also hint that Joe will channel his inner Sherlock Holmes in this season, while other cast members include Charlotte Ritchie as Kate, Adam James as Roald, Tilly Keeper as Nadia and Ed Speleers as Rhys. Ozioma Whenu will portray Blessing – an Oxford educated Nigerian princess with an affinity for cryptocurrency who dislikes those from lower social classes.

Release Date

Following the explosive conclusion to season three, You fans are eagerly awaiting part two. According to a tweet from Netflix, part two will debut on March 9 and contains five episodes in all.

Penn Badgley returns as Joe Goldberg in You season 4. In this installment, he moves to London under the name Professor Jonathan Moore and begins a new life among wealthy socialites he meets there. Although trying to move past his past is challenging for him, and he suspects someone from their circle of friends is being murdered one at a time.

Badgley leads an ensemble cast for season 4 of You that includes Charlotte Ritchie as Kate Galvin, Lukas Gage as Adam, Ed Speleers as Rhys Montrose, Tilly Keeper as Lady Phoebe and Tilly Keeper as Lady Phoebe. Filming took place all across England including Knebworth House in Hertfordshire for Lady Phoebe’s country estate scenes as well as Royal Holloway University of London where Joe taught college classes.

Netflix unveiled four photos from season three in January, providing more insight into Joe and Kate’s relationship as well as his interactions with Roald and Adam. Stills show Joe getting intimate with Kate while others showcase his interactions with these men.

Synopsis

Netflix released a teaser trailer of You’s fourth season’s second half on March 9 and it indicates our antihero may have his hands full when it comes to finding Love again. Joe approaches his signature cage where Love used to reside only to find she has left him, either because of death or some form of hallucination.

This clip offers glimpses from last season’s dramatic part 1 finale, including Nadia (Amy-Leigh Hickman) fleeing with fear in her eyes and Lady Phoebe (Tilly Keeper) kissing a sinister Adam (Lukas Gage). There’s even an indication of Love returning by way of someone’s feet struggling against a chair — likely signifying she will return and cause more mayhem in Joe’s life!

This clip serves as a timely reminder that this season of You is providing an effective satire of upper class society, from its London setting and posh academia aesthetic, all the way down to those with bougie accents – all which point toward its aim to portray those whom are easy to dislike – which is undoubtedly good.

Trailer

Penn Badgley portrays working-class Joe Goldberg (Penn Badgley). After fleeing California carnage in season 3, Joe arrives in London under a new identity of Professor Jonathan Moore to begin life anew as a scholar, but is soon discomfited when attacked by Eat the Rich Killer who targets yuppie circles Joe reluctantly befriends in London.

Though You has always offered a critical look at upper-class privilege, this season seems particularly pointed. From its British accents and luxurious college aesthetic, You seems more intent than ever on taking aim at this easily hated group; perhaps more closely aligning itself with Vanity Fair than any of its previous versions.

Joe appears determined to stop Rhys Montrose (Ed Speleers) from upending his academic new life, yet may face a surprising rival – Love Quinn (Victoria Pedretti) reappears briefly in the trailer and whether she is alive or dead remains unclear.

Charlotte Ritchie (Feel Good), Tilly Keeper (Eastenders), Amy-Leigh Hickman (Ackley Bridge), Aidan Cheng (Damned), Natasha Little (Crazyhead), Ozioma Whenu (The Lark), and Lukas Gage (American Vandal and Euphoria) star. The first batch of five episodes premiered February 9, with another five to follow March 9 on Netflix.

Conclusion

Netflix’s “You” returns with its fourth season, diving into a world of murder mysteries, revenge, entertainment and upper-class satire. As Joe Goldberg relocates to London, new characters and challenges emerge, promising a thrilling continuation of the series. With an intriguing mix of suspense, dark humor, and biting social commentary, “You” Season 4 is set to captivate audiences once again on March 9.
