Jasprit Bumrah won a couple of awards at the ceremony and Yuvraj Singh was there to pull his leg
Yuvraj Singh might not be playing in the India team anymore but he still had the time to joke with Jasprit Bumrah recently.
The pacer won a couple of major awards at the recent BCCI awards show. Bumrah had been out of action due to a back injury but recently made his return to the India team.
He has been incredible for the Men in Blue and won the Polly Umrigar award and the Dilip Sardesai award.
The Umrigar award is handed to the best international cricketer while the Sardesai award is given to the player with the most Test wickets in 2018-19.
Bumrah was chuffed at winning the two awards and said he was “grateful and honoured” to take the trophies home.

Many India stars wished the pacer for his success but Singh decided to pull his leg. The former India star wanted Bumrah to smile more before adding that the pacer deserved the twin crowns.
Bumrah slowly getting back to his best
The 26-year-old made his return to the India team in the T20I series against Sri Lanka.
Bumrah had not played since the tour of West Indies in August and was recovering from a back injury.
The pacer picked up two wickets in his two outings and it will be interesting to see how he does in the coming days.
India play Australia and New Zealand in the coming months, and that will be the real Test for the pacer.
