Throughout the game, the player assumes the role of a Proxy, a character who guides others through the Hollows. As they advance, the Proxy recruits new associates to help them in the battle against the Ethereal and others. As a result of combining the abilities of different members, players are able to deal more damage and mount more combos against their enemies. To know more details about Zenless Zone Zero Beta and how you can sign up, read till the end of this article.
As we’ve seen so far, Zenless’ action combat feels familiar to Genshin Impact. Weapons like pistols, swords, hammers, and many others are used in melee and ranged attacks. Your character will control each commission through a series of TV screens that represent nodes, similar to a dungeon crawler. You will pick up buffs on your quest and encounter enemies at other points.
Unlike Genshin, Zenless does not focus on elemental combos. Instead, you attack successively to wear down an enemy’s stagger bar and then finish off with heavy or ultimate attacks to eliminate them. In addition, you will be able to switch between characters, taking advantage of each’s special abilities. Early gameplay videos revealed some pretty cool ultimate abilities complete with quick showcase cutscenes like a turn-based RPG would. After each encounter, you’ll be given a score rating based on things like combos and speed.
Keep an eye on HoYoverse’s social media for an announcement regarding the closing date or the beginning of the test. During the beta test, you won’t be able to switch between platforms during the test, so make sure you have iOS or Windows Pc devices available. Eventually, Zenless Zone Zero might be released on other platforms and consoles, but details are still forthcoming.
That is it. Once you follow this process for the Zenless Zone Zero Beta, you will be able to sign up and play the game.
For iOS devices, at least 6GB of storage space, 4GB of RAM, and iOS 10.0 or later are recommended specs. PCs with Intel i5 processors or higher, NVIDIA GTX970 or equivalent graphics cards, 8GB RAM, and at least 10GB storage space are required.
This is all you need to know about the Zenless Zone Zero Beta for now. There will be more updates and new characters in the future.
