The road version contributed 90% to the numbers. It was sold for around $9,000 USD and remains an expensive vehicle. Though the Bizzarrini GT 5300 was expensive, people wanted to get this model. Even during the dominance of muscle cars, this car was the talk among racing teams. Some original models are now sold around $500k USD to $1M USD in collector markets.
